FHLB Cincinnati has partnered with Fahe and United Housing, Inc. to administer the Rise Up Program (RUP). This pilot program offers grants of $25,000 for down payment, closing cost, and principal reduction assistance for first-generation homebuyers who are looking to purchase their first home in Kentucky or Tennessee. RUP funds are available on a first-come, first served basis.

The administrator for RUP funds is determined by the geographical location of the home being purchased.

Western Tennessee

United Housing, Inc. is the program administrator for homes located in western Tennessee within the following counties: Benton, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Dyer, Fayette, Gibson, Hardeman, Hardin, Haywood, Henderson, Henry, Lake, Lauderdale, Madison, McNairy, Obion, Shelby, Tipton and Weakly

Kentucky (CLOSED) or central and eastern Tennessee

All other counties in Tennessee and all counties in Kentucky can access RUP through Fahe.
