Funding for the 2026 Carol M. Peterson Housing Fund

The FHLB’s Board of Directors has approved $10 million in available funding for the 2026 Carol M. Peterson Housing Fund Program (CMPHF).

All other program requirements remain the same, including the following:

• The minimum grant amount per household is still $5,000.
• The maximum grant amount per household is still $20,000.
• The maximum subsidy per project (member/sponsor pairing) is $500,000.
• An eligible household is allowed only one CMPHF grant per program year. This means that a household cannot work with more than one sponsor organization during the program year.
• Only the 2026 versions of the CMPHF documents and forms are eligible for submission.
• The deadline for the sponsor capacity form is 5 p.m. ET on Wednesday, January 28, 2026.
