Second Quarter 2025 Dividend Declared at 8.75 Percent

At its September 18, 2025 meeting, the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati declared a dividend for the second quarter of 2025 at an 8.75 percent annualized rate.

This dividend rate is 4.43 percentage points over the average Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) for the second quarter of 2025 and 4.39 percentage points over third quarter 2025 average SOFR through September 17. 

The dividend payment will occur today, September 18, 2025, in the form of cash and is based on the average stock balance from the second quarter of 2025 which includes a day count basis of 91/365 days. See our dividend history on our Financial Results page.
