Rise Up Program Closed in Kentucky

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati’s Rise Up Program experienced a successful offering in Kentucky and is now closed for homebuyers in the state. Fahe, the program administrator, is no longer accepting new applications in the region.

The program is still accepting applications for homes purchased in Tennessee until further notice.

United Housing, Inc. is the program administrator for homes located in western Tennessee within the following counties: Benton, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Dyer, Fayette, Gibson, Hardeman, Hardin, Haywood, Henderson, Henry, Lake, Lauderdale, Madison, McNairy, Obion, Shelby, Tipton and Weakly. All other counties in Tennessee can access the Rise Up Program through Fahe.
