2025 Affordable Housing Program Deadline Approaching

The deadline for submitting applications for Affordable Housing Program (AHP) funds is in three weeks. FHLB is on track to have a record amount of funding to distribute this year. The amount of funding coupled with scoring changes made to the scoring system for 2025 are likely to push the minimum score needed to win an award lower than in previous years, making it an ideal year to apply. The Online Application System (OASYS) closes to new applications at 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, July 7, 2025.
