Pedretti Place Opens in Delhi Township
A new affordable senior living community in Delhi Township has opened its doors to residents. Pedretti Place consists of 48 new construction senior apartments located just west of Cincinnati.
The project was awarded a $600,000 grant through FHLB Cincinnati's Affordable Housing Program. The funds were awarded to FHLB members KeyBank and the Cincinnati Development Fund for the benefit of Episcopal Retirement Services who developed the facility.
Episcopal Retirement Services also took advantage of FHLB’s Community Investment Program (CIP), which offers discounted loans to finance the purchase, construction, and/or rehabilitation of housing and economic development projects. A loan of $625,000 was secured through the program by FHLB Cincinnati member KeyBank to help with construction costs.
The residents of Pedretti Place, all of whom are ages 55 or older, have access to a variety of amenities designed to help them age in place. The building features age-friendly and energy-efficient units, social service coordination and on-site wellness programs, a fitness room with mobility-friendly equipment, on-site laundry and an outdoor gathering space. Transportation is also available for area shopping, events and appointments.
