FHLB Announces Senior Staff and Officer Promotions
FHLB Cincinnati congratulates Dan Tully and Brian C. Comp on their senior staff promotions, effective January 1, 2025.
Dan Tully
Dan Tully is promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer. He has been a valued member of the FHLB staff since 2006 and a key member of the senior management team since his appointment as Senior Vice President - Chief Risk & Compliance Officer in 2020. Dan has held a number of progressively responsible roles including Financial Risk Manager; Financial Risk Officer; Vice President, Financial & Market Risk Analysis; and First Vice President, Financial and Market Risk Analysis. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Marketing from Ohio University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois-Chicago.
Brian C. Comp
Brian C. Comp is promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer. Brian joined FHLB in January 2016 as Vice President, Assistant Chief Information Officer and was promoted to First Vice President, Assistant Chief Information Officer in January 2019 and First Vice President, Chief Information Officer in 2020. In this role, he develops, evaluates, and communicates the IT strategy, initiatives, services, investment decisions, and delivery structures and processes in support of the strategic direction and mission of the Bank. Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Louisville and his Master of Business Administration from Bellarmine University.
