Third Quarter 2025 Dividend Declared at 8.00 Percent

At its December 18, 2025 meeting, the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (the FHLB) declared a dividend for the third quarter of 2025 at an 8.00 percent annualized rate. This dividend rate is 3.67 percentage points over the average Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) for the third quarter of 2025 and 3.96 percentage points over fourth quarter 2025 average SOFR through December 17.

The dividend payment will occur today, December 18, 2025, in the form of cash and is based on the average stock balance from the third quarter of 2025 which includes a day count basis of 92/365 days. See our dividend history on our Financial Results page.
