Meet Jodi Pendleton

Jodi Pendleton brings nearly two decades of expertise to her role as Senior Voluntary Programs Analyst at FHLB Cincinnati. Her journey with the Bank began in Investment Services as a co-op in 2001. After a brief time with the Health Alliance, she returned in 2007 to join the Housing and Community Investment department.

Jodi PendletonIn her current role, Jodi leads the Welcome Home Program, ensuring regulatory compliance and resolving challenges with precision. She also supports the voluntary programs at the Bank and reviews Affordable Housing Program applications. Jodi earned her bachelor’s and MBA, with a focus in Finance, from Thomas More University.

Her passion lies in seeing the tangible impact of her work.

“One of the most rewarding aspects of working in the Housing and Community Investment department is contributing to the construction of homes,” Jodi shared. “It’s a powerful reminder of our mission and the meaningful impact we have on the communities we serve.”

Jodi lives in Wyoming, Ohio, with her daughter Savannah. Outside of work, she can be found coaching softball and volleyball, cheering on her nephews, tackling DIY home projects and enjoying University of Cincinnati sports.
