2026 Carol M. Peterson Housing Fund Program Changes

During the November 2025 meeting, the Board voted to implement the following changes for the 2026 Carol M. Peterson Housing Fund (CMPHF) Program;

• CMPHF Program Dates: Opening Monday, February 2, 2026 at 10 a.m. ET and closing on Tuesday, December 15, 2026 at 5 p.m. ET; and
• $500,000 maximum subsidy per project (member/sponsor pairing).

The proposed changes help ensure that the CMPHF program continues to support our sponsors and members in their efforts to meet the housing needs of senior and/or special needs households throughout our district.

Updated documents, forms and webinars for the 2026 CMPHF program will be available on the FHLB Cincinnati website by December 19, 2025.
