First Quarter 2023 Dividend Declared at 7.25 Percent

At its June 15, 2023 meeting, the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (the FHLB) declared a dividend for the first quarter of 2023 at a 7.25 percent annualized rate. This dividend rate is 2.75 percentage points over average overnight interest rates for the first quarter of 2023 and 2.29 percentage points over second quarter 2023 average overnight interest rates through June 14. Average overnight interest rates consist of the Secured Overnight Financing Rate and Federal funds effective rate.

The dividend payment will occur today, June 15, 2023, in the form of cash and is based on the average stock balance from the first quarter of 2023 which includes a day count basis of 90/365 days. See our dividend history on our Financial Results page.
