Carol M. Peterson Housing Fund (CMPHF) Program Changes

During its November 2023 meeting, the FHLB Board of Directors voted to implement the following changes for the 2024 Carol M. Peterson Housing Fund (CMPHF) Program;

• Extend the CMPHF Program date - opening Thursday, February 1, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. (ET) and closing on Monday, December 16, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. (ET);
• Increase maximum grant per household to $20,000;
• Establish a minimum grant amount of $5,000;
• $600,000 maximum subsidy per member; and,
• $200,000 maximum subsidy per project;
