Fourth quarter dividend declared at 2.00 percent

At its March 17, 2022 meeting, the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati declared a dividend for the fourth quarter of 2021 at a 2.00 percent annualized rate. This dividend rate is 194 basis points over average overnight interest rates for the fourth quarter of 2021 and the first quarter of 2022 through March 16. Average overnight interest rates consist of the Secured Overnight Financing Rate and Federal funds effective rate.

The dividend payment occurred March 17 in the form of cash and is based on the average stock balance from the fourth quarter of 2021 which includes a day count basis of 92/365 days. See our dividend history on our Financial Results page.
