Third Quarter 2022 Dividend Declared at 6.00 percent

At its December 15, 2022 meeting, the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (the FHLB) declared a dividend for the third quarter of 2022 at a 6.00 percent annualized rate. This dividend rate is 3.84 percentage points over average overnight interest rates for the third quarter of 2022 and 2.52 percentage points over fourth quarter 2022 average overnight interest rates through December 14. Average overnight interest rates consist of the Secured Overnight Financing Rate and Federal funds effective rate.

The dividend payment occurred December 15, 2022, in the form of cash and is based on the average stock balance from the third quarter of 2022 which includes a day count basis of 92/365 days. See our dividend history on our Financial Results page.
