Application News for the Affordable Housing ProgramMarch 18, 2021
To offer the safest experience possible for our affordable housing partners, FHLB will offer virtual AHP application resources and workshops this year. Webex workshops will take place May 13 and 20 and offer an overview of program requirements, the application process, and programmatic differences from the 2020 AHP offering. The workshops will also offer a networking opportunity for attendees and FHLB staff via breakout sessions. Workshops are free and expected to last two hours. All sponsors, members, and organizations wishing to apply for AHP funding are encouraged to register for one of the following events:

FHLB also maintains webinars and documents on a variety of AHP application topics. These resources will be fully updated on or before the AHP application opening date of May 31, 2021. Workshop attendees and other AHP applicants would benefit from reviewing these materials, as the workshops will not be able to provide in-depth information on the program or application process.
Finally, the AHP Online Application System (OASYS) will require a new security feature for all existing Sponsor and consultant users in order to access funds in 2021. Users will receive an email generated from AHPApplication@fhlbcin.com on or around April 15 to establish security questions and answers for their accounts. Users who do not act on the email within 24 hours of receipt will need to contact HCI in order to apply in 2021.
