Advance prepayment hours modified for December 31

Due to the early closure of the bond and derivative markets on December 31, we are modifying the available hours for Advance prepayments as follows.

We are suspending Advance prepayments at 11:00 a.m. EST on Thursday, December 31. Advance prepayment activity will resume at the opening of business on Monday, January 4th.

The credit window will be closing at 2:00 p.m. EST for all other services including our Cash Management and REPO programs on December 31.
