Welcome Home Program workshop

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati invites you to come learn about our Welcome Home Program, which provides grants for down payment and closing costs assistance. The workshop will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2019. Whether you are new to the program or have been a participating Member for many years, this workshop will help you to navigate the online forms, how to calculate total household income, how to submit Reservation and Funding Requests, and what documentation is required.
The workshop will begin at 9 a.m. and last approximately three hours. Breakfast will be provided. Please bring your questions, comments, concerns, pencils, and calculators and be prepared to fully engage in this interactive workshop.
Who Should Attend? Residential lenders and mortgage loan operations staff.
Meeting Location: 221 East Fourth Street, Atrium Two, 19th Floor Learning Center, Cincinnati.
