LaVergne, Tennessee Habitat Home Dedicated

Makeshia Anderson and her son Camden received the keys to their new home on September 30 during a dedication ceremony in LaVergne, Tennessee. Makeshia, an employee of the Nashville Police Department, and Camden look forward to moving in and enjoying their new home which was built by the Rutherford County Habitat for Humanity and many volunteers.

FHLB Cincinnati member institution Pinnacle Bank provided the funding to build this and 14 other homes for low-income individuals in the Rutherford County area. The 15 home project is partially funded by a $300,000 FHLB Affordable Housing Program (AHP) grant.
