Georgetown, Kentucky, Habitat Home Dedicated

Carolyn and Lester Brewer received the keys to their new home on September 26 during a dedication ceremony in Georgetown, Kentucky. Lester, a Navy veteran and custodian at Scott County High School, and Carolyn look forward to moving into their home, which was built by the Scott County Habitat for Humanity and many volunteers.

Since 1997, FHLB Cincinnati member institution Whitaker Bank has provided $2.8 million in grant funds from the FHLB’s Affordable Housing Program (AHP) to help build 125 affordable homes in the area.
