AHP Disbursement Training: Cincinnati, Ohio

The FHLB Cincinnati is offering AHP Disbursement Trainings for ownership and rental projects. The Ownership session will cover Habitat, ownership, and owner-occupied rehab projects. The rental session will include rental, shelter, and tax credit projects. Trainings will include a review of detailed documentation and financials required for disbursement of AHP funds. These will be small group sessions that will allow participants to interact with FHLB staff and ask specific project questions to help facilitate the disbursement process.

Attendance at this training will fulfill the Sponsor disbursement training requirement. All Sponsors with an active AHP project should attend. Multiple staff from each Sponsor organization are welcome. For specific training locations, the workshop agenda and to register, please click here.
