Director Nominations Due July 25
The election of four Ohio industry directors will be conducted later this year. There is no election of Kentucky or Tennessee directors this year. Any Ohio member that wishes to nominate an individual to run for election must complete and submit the nomination certificate, which have been mailed to all Ohio members. Certificates must be received at the FHLBank no later than Friday, July 25.
Dividend Payment
At its May 15 meeting, the Board of Directors declared a dividend equivalent to a rate of 5.50 percent per annum. The dividend is being paid on June 30, 2008 in the form of additional shares of capital stock.
2008 Series: In the District Workshops
Members are able to sign up now for the 2008 In the District Workshops held in six different cities in August. These morning workshops will focus primarily on how members can maximize the benefits of the FHLBank’s Credit Services and Mortgage Purchase Program.
