Preserving the American Dream (60 minutes)
Preserving the American Dream, established in 2008, is a fund to help homeowners at risk of foreclosure; FHLBank members partner with qualifying nonprofit housing counseling agencies that provide foreclosure/loss mitigation counseling, up to $3,500 per household.

Welcome Home Program (60 minutes)
The Welcome Home program offers grants of up to $5,000 for downpayment and closing costs for homebuyers with incomes at or below 80% of Mortgage Revenue Bond limits (set by state housing finance agencies). Funds are available only through members of the FHLBank of Cincinnati. The webinar will cover all of the program requirements, how to reserve funds, how funds are disbursed, and the documents posted on the Bank's website. The program will open on March 17, 2008, and will close when all funds have been reserved. Any member wishing to access Welcome Home grants should participate in the webinar.
